SUO has actively dealt with Public Service Law matters relating to recruitment, promotion, termination, appointment, deputation, superannuation benefits, etc. in the Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Undertakings, Public Enterprises and other entities considered a State under Article 12 of the Constitution of India, before High Courts and Central Administrative Tribunal.
